Please login to complete your data entry for FY 2008. 

Instructions:

1. Once you login, go to the benchmarking tab and click on "benchmarking survey".
2. Begin completing the survey in any order you would like.
3. Please enter data from your 2008 fiscal year.
4. Remember to save frequently.  The website will timeout and data will be lost if it is inactive for more than 60 minutes.
5. Numeric answers must be completed with integers or whole numbers.  Do not include any formatting such as commas, number signs, or decimal places or you will recieve an error message for these fields.
6. Submit only after all 8 sections are completed otherwise you will not be able to edit the survey again.
7. Please print a copy of the survey for your records.
