City of Vancouver - The City of Vancouver uses a dashboard system to visually depict their annual performance to citizens.
Sterling Heights, MI - Sterling Heights publishes a comprehensive annual budget that includes goals, objectives, and measures.  Each departmental goal indicates which city goal it is achieving.
Kent County, MI - Kent County provides the goals and performance measures of each of the departments right on the department home page.
City of Des Moines, IA - The City of Des Moines publishes a document that solely reports performance measure.
