Benchmarking for Success

This day long conference will focus on performance measurement and benchmarking results and strategies that can help local governments decrease service provision costs or even improve service quality.  Results from the 2008 benchmarking report will be highlighted and discussed in afternoon breakout sessions.  Details on the agenda are forthcoming.
